Planisphere Maker - This program is great.  You can make a planisphere in varying colors and for any lattitude from 25-80 (N or S).  There is an editor program for customizing constellation lines.  When laminated they are attractive and durable.

REALbasic (can crosscompile to Mac, Windows, Linux)
Pure Basic (You get the Windows, Linux, Mac, and other compilers...one source code will run on all)
