This is really old (circa 1960) When I got it the paint was peeling off. I stripped it, and repainted it ..flat black and flat white. Now it looks as new except for brass showing through the chrome rod.  $13 shipped in the US. This clamps around a 1.25" focuser.

 I recently sent my LX200 into Dr. Clay Sherrod for a supertune. In that deal, he allows you to send in 3 lenses to be cleaned.  This was one of those I sent in so it has been freshly (11/10/2008) cleaned by an expert. (see the intials on it plastic cover below).  It comes shipped in a screw case.
